How we collect information
Website
When you visit our website, we collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse the site, we collect information about the pages or products viewed, which websites or search terms referred you to the site, and information about how you interact with the site. Apps
We collect certain Personal Information when you install the following apps:
Promo-app
We collect your store URL, along with your name, email and timezone. We also collect your product details, product collections, shopify themes and customer tags (anonymous id without any customer details) enter via the app. This allows us to provide the features and functionality of the app, such as setting discount offers, discount availability and page displays.
 
Once you’ve uninstalled one of our apps, we may store your data for up to 60 days in order to reach out to gather customer experience and usage feedback, and/or to contact you with promotional and win-back campaigns for a limited period.
 
Third-Party Marketplaces
When you purchase one of our products through a third-party marketplace such as Shopify or BigCommerce, we collect your store name and shop domain, along with your email address. We use this information to communicate with you and provide customer support when you contact us.
 
How we use information
We use the Order Information we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the site, including processing your payment information and providing you with invoices and order confirmations. Additionally, we use this Order Information to communicate with you; screen our orders for potential risk or fraud; and, when in line with the preferences you’ve shared with us, provide you with information or promotional offers relating to our products and services.
We use the Device Information we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address) and more generally to improve and optimize our site (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the site, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns).
 
How we share information
We share your Personal Information with the following third parties to help us conduct our business and support our customers as described above.

Please note that we do not alter our site’s data collection and use practices when we see a “Do Not Track” signal from your browser.
